They have followed up by phone and SMS on services are turning things around in a positive way. ****** Original Review ****** I've been a customer since 2008 and was consistently pleased when Michael Bischoff owned it and Jun was the foreman. In late 2022 I noticed things going down hill and then learned that ownership changed. Under the new ownership, the quality of each service is comparatively poor. When you contact them, it can take several days to get a response if you get one at all. The new owner is a stain on the Lawn Doctor brand. ~ Chad M

Lawn Doctor is OUTSTANDING. One of the best decisions I have ever made.This is my second season with them and I only wish I had contacted them sooner! My lawn is beautiful thanks to June my technician. He takes so much pride in his work and it shows!! Rachael who is my go to at the office, is warm, friendly, patient and communicates clearly. Everybody at Lawn Doctor truly makes you feel like a valued customer. Just as importantly, my grass is healthy, weed free and a beautiful,vibrant green. Thank you to Rachael and June. I’ve been using Lawn Doctor for a while now, and I have to say their Fertilizer Technician, Jun, is an absolute superstar. Every time he comes by, he’s friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing and why. He’s clearly knowledgeable about lawns and it shows in the results. What really sets him apart is how helpful he is — you can tell he genuinely cares about keeping my lawn healthy and looking its best. Reached out for some support with an overwhelming amount of weeds early in the year. They came in and really helped set the stage for the year. Lawn was in a much better place that it was when the treatment first began. I also needed to have my lawn seeded as there were several bare spots as well as some thinning areas. This was taken care of quickly and the cost was comparable to when I did it originally. Plus, I didn't have to spend hours outside doing it. Well worth it. Will def use their seeding service in the future now that the weeds are being choked out by grass. ~ Hagos R

I use Lawn Doctor at my home in Manalapan, foregoing the services offered by my gardener. They simply do a better job and their products produce better results. This is especially important to me as I live in a very wooded and, therefore, shaded area, where it's harder to maintain your lawn. I've always felt the costs were reasonable and, what's more, well worth it. Plus, the owners are always very responsive and honest, which I greatly appreciate. We've been customers for many, many years, renewing our service contract annually. They know what's needed, show up five times a season and take care of things without me having to pay any attention to it, and that's how I like it. When we started out, we had outdoor cats so we asked for their "natural" program. The cats are no longer with us, but we've stayed with the non-toxic treatments and it seems to work fine. ~ Gerald M

Michael and the rest of the Lawn Doctor team are great. They are very responsive and always professional. Every time our lawn is treated Michael leaves an information packet at our front door explaining what was done and the watering/cutting schedule. June came out to my property and was very meticulous when it came to the seeding of both my front and back yards. There was no access seeding all over the driveway or sidewalk and seemed to carefully work on every piece of the property. Could not be happier with the service. Always explained in depth every application. We have tried other care providers and the lawn always had patches of brown or crab grass. The color was never quite right. Switched over to Lawn Doctor 2 years ago and the lawn has never been healthier. Green and lush thick grass all over. Highly recommend ~ Mike E

I've been a customer for a few years. I called Recently because of some discoloration I notice in my lawn. I was told someone was going to call me and tell me when they would be here. My lawn was in shambles, to the point where I was about to get new sod laid.... and over the course 2 season Lawn Doctor was able to provide the services for a complete turn around.
