Lawn Doctor is OUTSTANDING. One of the best decisions I have ever made.This is my second season with them and I only wish I had contacted them sooner! They have followed up by phone and SMS on services are turning things around in a positive way. ****** Original Review ****** I've been a customer since 2008 and was consistently pleased when Michael Bischoff owned it and Jun was the foreman. In late 2022 I noticed things going down hill and then learned that ownership changed. Under the new ownership, the quality of each service is comparatively poor. When you contact them, it can take several days to get a response if you get one at all. The new owner is a stain on the Lawn Doctor brand. ~ Chad M
I’ve been using Lawn Doctor for a while now, and I have to say their Fertilizer Technician, Jun, is an absolute superstar. Every time he comes by, he’s friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing and why. He’s clearly knowledgeable about lawns and it shows in the results. What really sets him apart is how helpful he is — you can tell he genuinely cares about keeping my lawn healthy and looking its best. Jun is a credit to Lawn Doctor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you get the chance, ask for Jun — he’s the best! ~ West R
